Positive: Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. Great choice of pools and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice food for breakfast, buffet had an excellent choice. Room was comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items.
Negative: Early in the season lots of refurbishment still happening so it was a bit noisy at times by the pool. Some places still dirty, wires ganging out etc. The gym wasn’t good at all, too small, machines were old and not plugged in. Weights were mismatched, old and not enough for everyone.

Positive: We had a great time. The main building of the resort was beautiful, clean and modern. I really would have loved if the clerk had upgraded my room to it, the whole stuff was very professional and friendly in every single detail. A great experience to repeat in the future maybe next summer and I recommend 100% this hotel.
Negative: The studio where we were upgraded looked a bit old, especially the bathroom. We also needed only a room with closet and bathroom as we didn’t need a kitchen as we eat all time in the restaurants. But maybe the price we paid didn’t give us the room we wished. Thus, in Thalassa restaurant, there were no coffee spoons, we had to ask for it every morning.
